Eric Canale

President

Eric responsible for the vision and business strategy of Ars Datum.  His passion lies in the intersection of business and technology.  He enjoys being an entrepreneur, coming up with new ideas to create business and social value using technology, and coming up with creative solutions to business problems.

Prior to co-founding Ars Datum in 2001, Eric served as the Director of Technology for USA Networks Interactive, a Fortune 500 media conglomerate, where he was responsible for strategic planning of technology, web development, network infrastructure and budgeting.

Eric began his career in web development in 1995, serving in various Director and VP roles in the broadcast and entertainment industries for Premiere Radio Networks, Broadcast.com and Centropolis Entertainment.

Eric received his BA from UCLA and his MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Tuan Le

CTO

Tuan co-founded Ars Datum and heads software development and application architecture.

Tuan began his career in defense industry, working for Raytheon as a Software Engineer. He served on the programming team of a large military contract focusing on the wireless tracking of troop movement. He and Eric met in 1999, when Tuan joined Centropolis Interactive as their lead programmer. His expertise in object oriented programming and database design played an essential role in the development of online publishing and management workflow system for the company. He too joined USA Networks Interactive in June of 2000, where he created sophisticated personalization and contextual e-commerce systems for the Sci-Fi Channel.

Tuan graduated with double majors in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA.

 

Antonio Chavez

Lead Developer

Antonio joined the Ars Datum team in 2015 and has been writing software professionally since 2008. He loves writing code and has developed applications for a variety of industries, from call centers to insurance companies.  He is particularly interested in leveraging mobile platforms and applying Machine Learning techniques to business problems.

Before immigrating from Mexico, Antonio worked at a Tijuana startup, serving as lead developer and liaison between his team and clients. 

Antonio earned his BS in Computer Science from CETYS University, completed a Software Engineering Management Certificate at UCSD and received his MBA from CSU, Dominguez Hills.
